Roc Annual Filings Process Online in Bangalore

Roc annual filings process online in Bangalore is a mandatory step for all LLPs. LLPs need to file their statements of accounts and solvency to RoC every year. If they fail to do so, the LLP can face penalty charges for late filing. During FY 18, over 2.25 lakh companies were removed from the records of RoC for not filing their annual returns and financial statements.

The first Annual Filing of an LLP is due within 18 months from the date of incorporation or 9 months after the close of its financial year, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, the annual filing of an LLP is due on 30th May every year.
